[PATCH] REGTEST: lua: check socket functionality from a lua-task

Attached the same reg-test as send previously, this time as a .patch .

Created after the issue was reported here:

should be part of the general tests when running regression-checks.

It can be back-ported until haproxy 1.6.
It does fail on the current 1.9-dev8-51e01b5 version, and back until
1.9-dev5-3e1f68b .
